New User Account Creation

If you do not have an account with us, please follow the steps below before making a purchase or trying to access any of our courses. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at cfs-forensic-ed@rti.org or 1-866-252-8415. 

1. Navigate to https://sso.forensicac.org/register/ and create your new user account. (Please remember your username and password because our system will force you to log into your user account before you can register or view any training content/webinars.)

2. After your account is created, it must be verified by you. (Our system will automatically send you a confirmation email which you must open to finalize the setup of your new account. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder and if not there, email us and we will manually confirm your account.)

3. After verification, please log in with your new credentials here: https://sso.forensicac.org/wp-login.php

4. Return to Forensicrti.org to complete your purchase.
